How do I interpret/correlate ASR site id to a physical host?

Team,
My customer is receiving weekly email suggesting that there is a connectivity/heart beat problem in their environment.

1. Email lists an ASR site id for the troubled asset.
2. We've compared the ASR site id to 'stclient -x' output with no results.
3. If we initiate the ASR heartbeat command manual, it is successful.

Email example follows:

ASR Siteid: urn:st:<long polynomic string, stripped for security>

ALERT: Oracle Auto Service Request (ASR) has detected a heartbeat failure for these ASR Managers.

IMPACT: ASR would not be able to create a Service Request (SR) if a fault were to occur.

ACTION: Determine why the heartbeat has failed for these assets and resolve the issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
