Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello everyone

I would like to know in which table the package information is store

Meaning:

The status 21 "DV" 26 "PY" 38 "PD"

and the object change log where is it stored meaning

the date when it was promoted from 21 to 26 or viceversa
