Facing performance problem with GL forms

 Hi,
APPS : 11.5.10.2
DB: 10.2.0.2

We are facing performance problem with GL forms.

Navigation Path : Egl US GL STAFF ( Responsibility) -- General ledger - Account inqury

When I query this, Oracle displays the “circle” as if it is processing my query but doesn’t respond at all.
