Unable to update FTE count on an active position, receving an error

 Hello friends,

Our user trying to update an active position FTE count numbers, she receives an error(refer attached screenshot), I have opened an SR today, however I am trying to resolve it through the community if possible. Thanks...Do refer the screenshot attached for the error message.
