8.1.1.0 network install image issue

 I have downloaded the Siebel Business Applications Release 8.1.1.0 Media Pack for Linux x86 off eDelivery, ran successful checksums after downloading and still get warning messages while making the network install image. I have a feeling this means the image or zip files on eDelivery are corrupt. Any one has run into this problem before?  Attached is the warning popup.
