Confliction of HFM Smartview - IBM Cognos Add-in

Hi All,
User is using two add-ins in Excel. He is using Smart View and an IBM Cognos add-in.

When he initially opens the speadsheet and logs into Smart View he is able to pull down values from HFM.
When he opens the IBM Cognos add-in  and goes back to smartview ,he's no longer able to pull values from HFM. All the cells changes to blank.

Smart-view 11.1.2.1.103 ,Ms-office 2007 and  IE 7, the issue started happening only after the migration from 9.3.1 to 11.1.21.103 ,it was working fine in 9.3.1 Smartview Version.
