BNE_PERF_STATISTICS_H table growing rapidly

BNE_PERF_STATISTICS_H and its index(es) have grown from 2G in Feb to 15G in Jun.  Is there a purge program, or a sql script to manage this table?  Can we turn off the capture of data that goes to this table?  It appears to be a performance histogram table, but I'm not aware of how/where its data can be seen in the application, or if it is used in any way.

This is related to EBS Release 11.5.10.2.
