Where can I download BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.6

Hello, I'm running BI Publisher 11.1.1.6 on Linux, but want to use the MS Word plugin (I think it's called BI Publisher Desktop) to create reports.  Does anyone know where I might download it?  Or, is it called something else in the 11g version?  I'm hoping that I don't have to install all of BI on my Windows desktop just to be able to use the Word plugin.
