Best Practise for using 11gr2 server pool

Hi There,

I have recently expand a 2 nodes clusters to 4 nodes. Now I want to create two server pools on the cluster to balance the databases. Currently they all 4 servers shown under Generic Pool which I understand is the Administrator-base for pre 11g database.

Does anyone have any documentation on how to move around things without any databases down time?
