add target for IBM WAS error

env:a.OEM 12C BP1 on Linux 2.6.18-274.el5
b.IBM WAS 7.0 on AIX

We've add the WAS server as host target ,and then add the WAS target for monitoring. The error occurred when go to next step,pls check the picture .
