Project cost issue

Hello All ;
  I have receipts itemzed  PO to project 100 Q unit price 10 so the project cots increased by 1000 USD but i have consumed this 100 units so i have to issuing it  from store when i issued the 100 unit  the project cost declined by the 100 units cost so the project become zero again!!!

any feedback how to solve this issue??
