Provide Contact to unsubscribe for a particular campaign

Hi Everyone,
Could anyone please suggest a solution on providing the contact to unsubscribe for a particular Campaign. ODM provides out of the box unsubscribe but this option is a global opt out, it does not give an option for the contact to unsubscribe just for a particular campaign. I couldn't get around to develop a custom solution because an email would have links for both "Register" & "Unsubscribe" but a program can have only one registration form associated to it.
