Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Delete unused locator and then reuse under different subinventory, same inventory organization

Can a locator be deleted from a subinventory (if there were no transactions) and then reused under a different subinventory?
