Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Requisition Self Service and budget checking at time of requisition entry

I am in 8.12.

I have created a budget for an object account.

I have turned on the flags for budget checking. I have configured the hold codes setup in P42090

I enter a requisition that is over budget but the requisition does not go into budget hold.Goes right to approved ststus.

I have not turned on workflow. Does it matter?
