Constructin Estimate API in Oracle EAM

Dear All
We want to achieve a target for Oracle eAM implementation. There is a functionality available in system to create construction estimates on basis of construction units. We want to achieve same using API's. For this we have found "EAM_CONSTRUCTION_EST_PUB" API in system.

Our first purpose is to copy existing Construction Estimate and create a new Construction estimate using all the details of source Estimate e.g. Acitvity, Asset Numbers, Operation, Resources etc. Please let me clear, how can we achieve this using API.
