JERL Depreciation figure does not match to Depreciation JV for the period .

HI Guru's
The depreciation figure from Dec-11 JERL does not match to the Dec-11 Depreciation JV interfaced to GL. What would be the consideration need to take into consideration while doing reconciliation of the two reports.
