Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

adworker log shows "Could not reserve enough space for object heap "

I was applying the 12.1.1 upgrade patch using adpatch options=nocopyportion,nogenerateportion it had progressed quite far but then it appeared to be running but yet doing nothing.

I ran adctrl and it showed a single worker running. However after querying the database and looking at the OS using prstat, vmstat etc. I could see that nothing was actually running.

The only clue I had was in the worker log it showed
