How to upgrade database from 9.2.0.8 to 11.2.0.3.Please suggest


We are Currently on 9.2.08 and also we plan to upgrade e-business suite version(R12) Please suggest.


Which is better database up gradation before E-business suite upgradation or during e-business suite upgradation.
