TNS Listner Does not Started

Hi All, I am trying to do custom database installation, and before creating database i try to create listner, which gave me following error message, can anyone do let me know where i do something wrong.

Following are the details of listner:

C:\Users\Window7>netca

Oracle Net Services Configuration:
Configuring Listener:LISTENER
Listener configuration complete.
Oracle Net Listener Startup:
    Running Listener Control:
      C:\app\Window7\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\lsnrctl start LISTENER
    Listener Control complete.
    Listener start failed.
Oracle Net Services configuration successful. The exit code is 0

C:\Users\Window7>lsnrctl status
