FRM-41017 Cannot Set Update Allowed Attribute Of Non-Enabled Item INV_SUM_FOLDER.CONTROL_AMOUNT_DSP

Hi all,

After applying multiple RPC's, Consolidated Bug Fixes and Critical Patch Collections on top op R12.1.3 Release Update Pack error received.
"FRM-41017 Cannot Set Update Allowed Attribute Of Non-Enabled Item INV_SUM_FOLDER.CONTROL_AMOUNT_DSP"

Looks like fnd_folder_columns issue.
Found Note ID 315199.1 what describes two solutions for Payments Workbench (APXPAWKB).

Does anyone know how to fix the error in Invoice Workbench (APXINVWKB) without re-creating all personal folders?
