Restore full backup (self contained) of physical standby database to another server.

Hello,

        We've been testing the concept of taking a full (level 0, self contained) Rman backup of a physical standby database and restoring it to another database.  We've been following Metalink Note "How to make a consistent RMAN backup in an Standby database in Active DataGuard mode [ID 1419923.1] " and our team opened up an SR for this test where this Metalink Note is referenced.  Every time we try this test we restore the DB and then during the recovery phase we get an "inconsistent data file"  type of message.  The workaround is for us to copy over (from the physical standby database server) next
