What would be "unbootable BE" as per beadm(1M)?

Hello,
After updating to SRU 8.5 I've got the following on a NGZ:
# beadm list
BE        Active Mountpoint Space   Policy Created
--        ------ ---------- -----   ------ -------
solaris   !R     -          2.89M   static 2012-06-29 14:48
solaris-1 NR     /          684.21M static 2012-07-04 09:02

beadm(1M) says that ! has to do with "Unbootable  BEs inside of a nested BE are represented by an exclamation point (!)".

I'd like some help to understand what happened and if I have to take any action?

Thanks in advance,
Carlos.
