Modifier - Get Bonus Qty

Hi,

Is there any way to achieve following functionality.

In Sales Order, Get 2% of Item Qty on purchase of any number of Qty.

Eg
Item = Item 1
Requested Qty = 100
Get addition 2% i.e. = 2 Qty Free

We have Advance Pricing module available.
