dbca failed on 11gR2 rac

when i install my 11gR2 rac(11.0.2.0.1) on linux (redhat 4.8 32bit) of win7  32bit virtualbox

grid insfrastructure sucessed

oracle software successed

and then i use DBCA create a cluster database

and problem is become when it install 85% percent ,

the appearance of problem just like this :

PRCR-1079  failed to start resouce ora.prod.db

CRS-2674 start of 'ora.prod.db' on 'rac42' failed

CRS-2678 'ora.prod.db' on  'rac42'  has experienced an  unrecoverable failure

CRs-0267 human intervention required to resume its availability
CRS-5802 unable to start the agent process

what's the matter ? how can i fix it ? Is that a oracle bug?
