Have you meet this kind of error?

The form acould work well at test in local.

I add a new defined button in the menu.

Then test in the web, I found I couldn't open that interactive application

 So what can I do to check configration?

I've cleaned the memory,but the issue still there.

What steps should we do to deal with this kind of issue?

Now we have to copy the interactive application to a new one after each modification then test.....
