Is it possible to do HOT PATCH on Patch 13563472 and 13563481

 We need to patch The AP Core Recommended Patch Collection (RPC), 13563472 and The AP Suppliers Recommended Patch Collection (RPC), 13563481 can we do this without shutdown the application server ?
