DFF setup issue for: (Title) Expense Report

 Hi Folks,

When I have done setup dff for the following "(Title) Expense Report " . once I login to OIE expense report screen system is displaying following error message.

The descriptive flexfield with application name Payables (SQLAP) and name Expense Report Line (AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_LINES) is not frozen. Please contact your system administrator.
