Want to know details of Sustain support

Hi,
I am referring to document http://www.oracle.com/us/support/library/057419.pdf, but i am not clear, i am running on Oracle E-Business Suite 10.2.0.3, after 10 months i am planning to move to 11g as approved by my management, currently i am oracle 10g release on sustain support, i want to know how long will it continue and what exactly i can expect from oracle during sustain support.
