12807777 & 14113773 11.5.10.2 HRGLOBAL.drv is Failing on benxansi.ldt and pqpglext.ldt: 3-5910297331

DBA says: 3-5910297331:
This happened during the installation of "Patch 11i.HR_PF.K.delta.7" as follow 12807777 + FRC, 14113773 + FRC and 14137458 + FRC.

When running hrglobal.drv a worker FAILED... after reviewing and testing some issues,
I decided to go forward and "skip" that step of the failed worker to see if something else will be wrong.
Everything else was OK. Now i hope i'll be able to execute that "skipped step" manually.

hrglobal.drv with that statement:
exec fnd bin FNDLOAD bin &phase=upg+40 &ui_apps 0 Y UPLOAD_PARTIAL @BEN:patch/115/import/benextse.lct @PQP:patch/115/import/US/pqpglext.ldt EXTRACT LEG_VIEW=hr_per_implementation
