Third Party Software -Address Localization in Brazil

My name is Elvie Lim. We are about to implement Oracle eBuss suite in one of our client location in Brazil. I want to seek your help in getting information on the third party software that will address the Brazilian regulatory and Finance requirement that work well with Oracle R12. We are considering Synchro and Mastersaf at this time. We need more details on this software and other third party software that work well with Oracle R12, how it address the localization to come up with comparative analysis.   Any information on this is greatly appreciated.
