Would like to get the port no.. to start the db console

 Hi,

The database is running on 11.2.0.1 and I would like to bring the DB console to capture the performance statistics.  But I do see that "portlist.ini" file is empty with 0 bytes.  

Would you please let me know as how to get the portlist and in fact as how to find that enterprise Manager is installed or not.
