AWE for Project Approval

Hello,
We are upgrading from 8.9 to 9.1 on 8.52 Tools...

With 9.1, PeopleSoft has now delivered PO AWE and REQ AWE was already in 8.9... I am not sure why AWE is not delivered for Project Approval.

We had customization for Project Approval in 8.9 and i was looking into if the new AWE might help us get away with some of prior customizations but since it is not yet delivered i will have to create a custom AWE for Project Approval.

Can someone please guide me to the documentation which may help me to create a new custom AWE in 9.1/8.52.
