Web Link in a List

Hello,

I have a related information section called Account Collateral which displays a field, called statement file, that is a web link.  When viewing the 5 records (not using show full list) we are able to click on the statement file and it takes us to our .pdf file.  However if we need to click on the show full list link this field is now no longer "clickable", should it be or is this not possible in a list?
