Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

How is FA_DEPRN_TAX_AUTHORIES and FA_DEPRN_TAX_ENTITIES are defined.

We ran Japanese Depreciable Assets Tax Report, which spawned 4 xml report outputs.     Though there is data on FA_DEPRN_TAX_REP_ITF and FA_DEPRN_TAX_REP_NBVS tables for the specific tax book /year /state, the reports are blank.

It seems that the SQL used in the reports are joining to both the FA_DEPRN_TAX_AUTHORIES and FA_DEPRN_TAX_ENTITIEShe  tables, these 2 tables seem to be new tables in R12, just wondering if anyone know where these 2 tables are defined (configured)?
