RAC DB Slowness after Hardware Reboot

Hi,we are running 2 node RAC (10.2.0.4) on IBM AIX6.1-64bit. few days before we rebooted the Hardware and then after reboot we were assuming performance will be boosted  but it becomes reverse. so is it possible after hardware reboot we have chache problum or there may be some kind of linking problem of Oracle with OS . or what may be other issue.
