Quick Order Form - Personalizing the Services tab for the order line using the Quick Order Form

We are unable to personalize the Services tab for the order line when using the Quick Order Form.   We can delete fields to try and reorder these on the form, but when we add the field back to the form, it appears to be under the UOM column and you can't move the field to the right of the UOM..  Does anyone know how to get around this?
