Combined Analysis Pivot Table adding multpile columns instead of removing

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hi does anyone have this problem? I create a combined analysis and sometimes when I try to make a pivot table instead of removing the duplicate of eg # of Leads column it addss 2-3 more of the same column and doesnt let me remove it so only one is left?
