Error while importing Product Class in OSM Design Studio

While trying to import Product Class in OSM Design Studio, getting following exception

The selected wizard could not be started.
  Plug-in "oracle.communications.sce.osm.orchestration.import" was unable to instantiate class "oracle.communications.sce.osm.orchestration.wizard.productClassImport.ProductClassImportWizard".
