T2's not on my journal (R05229)

We had a scenario during this last payroll where the T2's did not appear on the journal report even though the timecards had not been posted.  When our IT department looked into it they said that the batch that was created spanned across 2 weeks, but that all timecards in the F0618 matches the T2's that were posted to the GL, even though we didn't see the T2's on the payroll journal.

Has anyone ever experiences this before?  What would cause this to happen?
