Unable to find a local Address from the discoverer list

Hi all,

I have introduced a new server in DMZ and confiured the same in the existing mutinode EBS instance  as per note " DMZ Configuration with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i [ID 287176.1]" havinfg external web tier. 
I get the below exception and not able to get the login page from the normal nodes, but page opens from DMZ node. Please help me asap.
 
An exception occurred in the method Cache.init
oracle.ias.cache.commx.GroupException: Unable to find a local Address from the discoverer list
The base exception is:
Unable to find a local Address from the discoverer list
