Inventory Adjustment Reason Codes: External Code 97, 145

Hello,
Had these questions around the following Inventory Adjustment Reason codes in SIM:

Can anyone explain the below reason codes, use cases with or w/o a example?

  1.     Returns (external code 97, internal code 20)--Impl. guide says disposition --Unavailable to Available
  2.     Return to available (ext code 145, internal code 28) Imgl guide says disposition Available to Unavailable
  3.     PENDING_REASON_CODE (internal code 21, external code="pending_reason_code as shown in DB)
