Purchase requisitions - Approval notifications to your office e-mail account
We are using Oracle Purchasing (position based hierarchy) without iProcurement.
When we create a Requisition and click on the "Approve" button, the next person in the approval hierarchy should get an email (Microsoft office mail) to alert him/her that they have a Requisition awaiting approval. This would prompt them to log in to Oracle applications and approve. This would happen for each person in the hierarchy until the final person who has the authority approves the requisition. When this last person approves, the Requisitioner would get an email (via Microsoft office mail) confirming that the requisition had been approved.
