How to utilize sql tuning advisor/sql profile?

Hi,
I'm reviewing a sql using sql developer and it is recommending to use sql profile, struggling how to use it, just to give a background, developers write sql/s and send to us to review, now after we reviewed, we recommend them accordingly.

Now sql developer, Sql Tuning Advisor is suggesting something, but how I can change the query provided by the developer and asked them to write, as recommended by Tuning Advisor, need some assistance here.
