Have you used the ‘Helps’ behind menu options before?

Using online documentation and Knowledge Documents in My Oracle Support Knowledge Base can be very helpful and help new processes become a lot more manageable. Sometimes having specific information at your fingertips to access on the fly is really what you need, though.

 

Most users are familiar with the Helps behind fields, accessed using F1, which will display the Data Dictionary information for that specific field or Data Item. Very similar to this, you can access Helps for menu options or programs, which will break down the option or program specific documentation and display it right on your JDE World video.
