API ar_invoice_api_pub.create_single_invoice insert two records

Hi Everyone

I am having some issues with the API AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.CREATE_SINGLE_INVOICE, sometimes the api inserts two records into the table, if I look into the record I can find that was created in the same timestamp (day, hour, minute, second).

Does anybody know what could be happening?
