Where is exclusive_payment_flag of supplier site is stored in R12

On the supplier site, the pay document alone flag is checked on the payment specification, but the exclusive_payment_flag of ap_supplier_sites_all table is null. 

Would appreicate it if any one knows where the exclusive_Payment_flag of supplier site is stored in R12.
