MT940- unable to load into the Cash Management...

Dear Guru's,

We have Stardard MT940 bank statement, which we are unable to load into cash management, after doing the mapping.

I am facing an error, while loading this Bank Statement. "SQL*loader" ends with warning, and "Bank statement loader" shows Record exceptions

         ------ -------  -------------------------------------------

         73     Error     The loading program was not able to locate
                          BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM information which is
                          required in the Bank Statement Interface.

Can anybody help me , what this error means and how to solve this issue, so that i can successfully load the bank statement.

If needed i can share the MT940 bank statement, and mapping details.
