Patch :12572045:R12.AP.B :Payables: file ap_unacct_trx_closed_prd_sel.sql fails during the patch app

Hi,
While applying  the patch 12572045:R12.AP.B FAILED: file ap_unacct_trx_closed_prd_sel.sql on worker  1 with the following errors.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-04063: package body "APPS.AP_ACCTG_DATA_FIX_PKG" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called:
"APPS.AP_ACCTG_DATA_FIX_PKG"
ORA-06512: at line 128
