Hi,
When applying the patch :3653484, the following file failed.

Uploading from the data file /u70/oracle/devlappl/pn/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/pntabreg.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/u70/oracle/devlappl/fnd/11.5.0/patch/115/import/afdict.lct(115.16), /u70/oracle/devlappl/pn/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/pntabreg.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /u70/oracle/devlappl/fnd/11.5.0/patch/115/import/afdict.lct(115.16) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /u70/oracle/devlappl/pn/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/pntabreg.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (FND_TABLE PN TABLES PN_ADDRESSES_ALL , FND_COLUMN ATTRIBUTE4 ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
