Cannot find list of value when find account in balancing segment

Hi Guru,
Help me please. I want to setup transaction type in receivables module (R12). but when I query account, I cannot find LoV for company segment (balancing segment). Error messege is : 'APP-FND-01436: List of Values cannot find any values for you to choose'. I try to open LoV of another segment and it's running well. what should I do? Am I missing some setup?
